APPOINTMENT BOOKING

• Appointments on this website can be booked at any time of the day based on the availability of the consultants and doctors.
• The appointment slot confirmation will be clearly communicated through email and text message on the registered mobile after successful completion of the appointment booking.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling of all online paid appointments can be done only prior to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and is permitted no more than two times. (with in a package)
• The appointment rescheduling is permitted only once within 15 calendar days from the date of the initial date of scheduled appointment.
• The appointment rescheduling will be permitted for any reasons of no show of the consultant on the date of the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations

• Customer/Client is at free will to cancel any appointments booked by him or her with no refund.
• No amount is refunded for the cancellation of scheduled appointment by the Customer/Client.
• No amount is refunded if the Customer/Client is not happy with services obtained by him or her.
• No amount is refunded if the consultation sessions end halfway due to bad time management by the Customer/Client beyond the stipulated time slot.

PAYMENT

When PIL receives a transaction instruction from you in respect of opted services on the website, the same is debited from the account and processed by a third-party payment gateway. Third party payment gateway processing of transactions will be governed by the terms and conditions of such third party site. PIL shall not be liable (a) if any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or (b) for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card or the third party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or (c) in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

PAYMENT GATEWAY & METHODS

PIL online payments are redirected to our third party payment gateway partner (“Payment Aggregator”) once you proceed to make payment of the consultation Fees. Once re-directed to the Payment Aggregator, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy policy prescribed by the third party payment gateway partner, basis which, the transaction shall take place to the service provider for processing and then return to our site. We currently accept the use of the following credit cards for payment through our Online Payment Facility: Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Net Banking.

On clicking "Book Appointment", your payment will be processed and on successful completion of the transaction, a Transaction number will be provided to you via SMS and an Invoice will be sent to your email id given at the time of booking along with appointment confirmation date and time. We do not consider that a payment has been made until a transaction number is issued to you.
