Psychological Wellbeing Scale is a brief tool used to assess six key aspects of psychological well-being: autonomy, environmental mastery, personal growth, positive relations, purpose in life, and self-acceptance.
This scale helps measure how individuals perceive their own mental and emotional health, focusing on positive life experiences and overall life satisfaction.
